He founded Sagacity Group Consulting following successful tenures as the top culture leader for the globally renowned Mayo Clinic and nationally recognized Nationwide Children's Hospital.

Having held leadership positions with preeminent organizations, Fred focused on pioneering new ways to serve stakeholders - doing so before "diversity and inclusion initiatives" became commonplace. He believes equity, and inclusion drive innovation through intellectual cross-pollination and new knowledge creation.

His experience advancing equity initiatives in complex environments gives him unique insights that he leverages to help other organizations transform their cultures. Prior to Nationwide Children's, Fred served in the Peace Corps in Malawi, southeast Africa - providing technical and capacity-building services to HIV/AIDS NGOs. He led the country's volunteer diversity committee and advised leadership on training and curriculum.
